4Registration and Account Security

Display of a payment brand does not guarantee that it will be available for every rumpitoto account.
Transaction limits, fees and processing periods may vary by provider, verification status and account history. rumpitoto may review or return a deposit where the payer's details do not match the verified account holder. Users must check all MYR amounts and recipient information before confirming a transaction.
7Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient cleared balance, completed verification, applicable limits and satisfaction of valid promotional conditions. rumpitoto will normally require payment to a method held in the verified account holder's name. Alternative processing may be used where the original method cannot receive funds.
E-wallet requests may be processed more quickly than bank transfers, but no processing time is guaranteed. Security review, incorrect details, banking schedules or outstanding KYC requirements can cause delays. rumpitoto may pause duplicate or unusual requests while reasonable checks are completed.
8Bonuses, Rewards and Promotions
Every rumpitoto promotion may include separate eligibility rules, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, expiry dates, game restrictions and maximum conversion or withdrawal limits. Users must review those conditions before accepting or using a bonus. Promotional credit is not automatically equivalent to withdrawable cash.

9Casino Games and Sports Betting
Casino outcomes depend on chance and are governed by the rules shown for each game. Information such as RTP describes a statistical return over many rounds and does not predict an individual result. rumpitoto does not guarantee winnings from slots, live dealer games, lottery products, poker or arcade formats.
Sports wagers on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football or other events are settled according to the displayed market rules and official result information used by rumpitoto. Markets may be suspended, corrected or voided when an event is abandoned, pricing is clearly erroneous or reliable settlement information is unavailable.
10Prohibited Conduct
Users must not attempt to defraud rumpitoto, manipulate games, exploit obvious technical errors, interfere with service operation or use another person's identity or payment method. Collusion, money laundering, chargeback abuse, automated betting tools and deliberate circumvention of account restrictions are prohibited.
It is also prohibited to threaten staff, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorised access, conceal the true source of funds or use rumpitoto for unlawful activity. Suspected misconduct may result in investigation, account restriction, voiding of affected transactions or closure, subject to applicable rights and obligations.

13Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
